Oliver Papraniku

One of New York States top player/coach’s with Adriatic SC, N.Y. Albanians, NYC Albania, Clarkstown SC Eagles and Cedar Stars Academy, Oliver Papraniku led his clubs to the championships in the Cosmopolitan League First and Second Divisions, Northeast Super Soccer League, NY State Manning Cup, US Amateur Cup (NYS), NPSL Keystone and Northeast Region, and numerous CSL indoor titles.

Born on January 6th, 1963, in Debar Macedonia, he immigrated to New York City in 1967, where he began his youth career with Silver Lake SC in the Cosmopolitan Youth Soccer League. He later moved onto become a player/coach for the teams mentioned above and is currently an owner and coach of Cedar Stars Academy in the Cosmopolitan First Division (the oldest and most prominent amateur league in the USA) and Motown SC in the NPSL Keystone Division.

Mr. Papraniku has assisted in the development and launching of professional careers for RJ Allen, Brandon Allen, Bljedi Bardic, John Wolyniec, Christano Francois and Ignacio Maganto. He is also a close friend and associate to David Villa and his DV7 Academy.

He is currently in the process of building a Juventus US Academy in Warwick NY and a professional soccer team venture with Juventus in Brooklyn, NY’s Navy Yards District. Mr. Papraniku is also the owner of OPI Construction, Inc. a national construction company specializing in High Technology, Data Centers and Critical Infrastructure Projects for Fortune 100 Companies, such as JPM Chase, Citibank, Morgan Stanley, Digital Real Estate, Goldan Sachs, Deutche Bank, Etc.

He is married to Deshira Papraniku since 1984, has three children and three grandchildren.


Scott Kindzierski

Scott Kindzierski attended and graduated from Delbarton High School Class of 1994. He continued his education at Colgate University and then graduated from University of Arizona. He entered the accounting and consulting field and is a New Jersey Certified Public Accountant.

In 2012 he along with his high school classmate and teammate, Dan Karosen, started the FC Motown soccer team that originated from the No Idea Sports Co-Ed Soccer League. They entered the Garden State Soccer League and had a meteoric rise from the B Division all the way to the top of the Super Division. Scott was recognized as the New Jersey Soccer Association Coach of the Year in 2015.

Scott guided FC Motown to the semi-final of the USASA Men’s Open Cup in 2014, 2015 and the final in 2016. FC Motown also participated in the USASA National Amateur Cup reaching the Region 1 quarterfinal in 2014 and semi final in 2015 each time losing to the eventual national champion.

In the summer of 2016 Scott brought his management skills and talented squad to the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) where FC Motown partnered with NJ Copa FC (based out of Metuchen, NJ). NJ Copa FC had a historic inaugural season reaching the Northeast finals (finishing in the top 8 out of 85 teams). During their playoff run NJ Copa FC beat 2015 NPSL champion NY Cosmos Reserves.

FC Motown players formed the nucleus of NJ Copa FC scoring 24 of the 26 goals during the season.

The success of FC Motown continued into the fall and winter of 2016 in undefeated fashion, where they dominated the Garden State Soccer League going 9-0 with a plus 37 goal differential. FC Motown also is currently in the 3rd round of the Lamar Hunt cup defeating NY Cosmopolitan League powerhouse Landsdowne Bhoys who defeated multiple professional teams in the prior Cup.


Dan Karosen

Dan Karosen is the co-founder of FC Motown and was a high school classmate of Scott Kindzierski at Delbarton. He was a member of the No Idea Sports Co-Ed team that was the catalyst for forming FC Motown. Dan is involved with all aspects of the club including strategic planning, player recruitment, marketing and shagging balls during training sessions.

Dan was an early goalie for FC Motown after spending many years playing that position for the Central Park Rangers of the New York Cosmopolitan League. He attended the University of Notre Dame where he played on the baseball team during his sophomore year. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Fields Development Group based out of Hoboken, NJ. Dan is married to his supportive soccer wife Marcelle and has two kids, Nolan and Elise. He resides in Cedar Knolls, NJ where he is the assistant coach of the Jersey Crew/FC Motown Hawks travel team.

Sacir Hot

Our head coach, Sacir Hot, is a former New York Red Bulls Homegrown player. Sacir started his playing career in the NYRB academy where he captained the youth sides until going to play soccer at Boston College. At Boston College, Sacir represented USA U-20 Mens National Team in World Cup Qualifying. After playing professionally in Germany he decided to get into coaching and took over the FC Motown head coaching job at the age of 25. Under Sacir we reached the 2nd Round of the US Lamar Hunt Open Cup vs Rochester Rhinos and NPSL Regional Finals. In the GSSL league under Sacir’s regime FC Motown has and undefeated record of 22-0-1 with a goal differential of 114-31.
